Bonsall is a small bedroom and stable community just east of Vista and south of Fallbrook. It is a great place to find a large private home or a place for your horses or both! The city is most dense at the San Luis Rey Golf Club. The school district has a good reputation. But more than anything people move to Bonsall to have seclusion and privacy. Easy access to the 15 Freeway and Highway 78 make it not too remote to get to some conveniences quickly. There are some modest priced entry level homes, but the average price is well above the city median and can go above $10 million.
